No matter, what the day, or any question I had, I received a call back from the contractor or his office within 30 minutes, which is very rare in the contractor industry. Everyone at Diamond Era was extremely courteous and a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. In addition, the work product is nothing short of exceptional. The craftsmanship and care used in the project is better than anything I have seen in the area. Diamond Era took all of my concerns into consideration and either implemented what I wanted, or more importantly, offered different ideas or expansions of my ideas to provide a clean and beautiful look to the apartment. Although the craftsmanship and availability of the contractor is important, it would be a disservice to not mention that the work was completed in the time frame that was initially suggested to me and the work was completed on budget. There were never any surprises or unforeseen expenses throughout the project. If the contractor could not be on the job for a day, I was immediately given a call to discuss why he was unavailable and to let me know when the job would resume. This happened very infrequently but even when it did happen it never impeded the completion of the project. As I added items to the project, I was immediately sent an updated statement of work which broke out the additional costs for the additional work. The budgets were always very reasonable. Overall, the level of service and craftsmanship of Diamond Era was exceptional. Not only would I use them in the future on other products, without hesitation, but I constantly mention them to all of my family and friends looking for a contractor.”
